About Erin Phillips

Erin Phillips is a Christian author who writes fantasy and suspense novels. While not all of her works have explicitly Christian messages, all of her stories are inspired by her faith and seek to explore Biblical truth.

She wrote her debut novel, The Keeper, during the 2013 NaNoWriMo event, and published a stand-alone sequel, The Varken, in 2017. Both are young adult fantasy novels.

In 2017, Erin wrote Polarity, her first suspense speculative fiction novel, after taking Ted Dekker’s The Creative Way writing course. She is currently working on A Crown of Chains, a fantasy retelling of the Biblical story of Esther, with plans for a Ruth retelling to follow.

Besides writing novels, she also writes and publishes Christian musicals with her husband at The Faithful Troubadour Publications, and is the co-founder and CEO of a small, Christian community theatre, Solace Theatre.

Erin Phillips graduated from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts and lives in Raleigh with her husband, Jeremy, and their happy corgi, Parker.
