The Clean Home Word Crawl
The ancient phrase “two birds with one stone” definitely applies to you today! Get out those rubber gloves and rags, pull up your novel, and prepare to balance both writing and cleaning at the same time! By the end of this crawl, you can expect to, not only have written thousands of words, but also have a clean home! Break it up into several days, or utilized that day off to get it done all at once.
Get Started: Before jumping into your chores, write for 5 minutes to warm-up (even if you spend those minutes just preparing to write!)

The Big Tidy: Straighten up by returning things to their proper places. Once you finish, write 300 words.
Tackle the Dishes: Load up your dishwasher and write for 10 minutes. Once the dishwasher finishes, put all dishes away and then write 200 words. As for those hand-wash dishes in the sink, for each item you wash and put away, write an addition 100 words.
